is the cornerstone of the business handling a portfolio of over 300
properties with a rent roll in excess of £4 million per annum. Properties are managed for a wide range of clients from large investment companies and pension funds to family trusts and individuals. Geographically, we manage properties from Leeds to the West Country and Kent including a large Central London office building, industrial estates, a shopping centre in Wiltshire and a 50,000 sq.ft office complex in Cardiff City Centre. Our philosophy is one of active management, adding value wherever possible to the client's asset by a positive hands on approach.
